Returns & Refunds

We accepts returns only for products purchased directly from rohanile.com. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

 

Opened or Used Products

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded, even if the scent or texture is not to your preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • Or an item you did not order

Please contact us at (support@rohanile.com) within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and shipping box

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return labels are not provided
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ROHANiLE is not responsible for lost return packages

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, promotional items, or discounted products may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
